Includes up to 10 pictures that you submit to us in JPG or GIF format.  Detail description of your choose with room dimensions and property information. Available for all Realtors to view and show to their buyers at the commission rate you choose (3% is the going rate). A MLS form will be sent to you for all this information.



A Referral list for Attorneys, Inspectors, Lenders, Moving Companies, Title & Escrow Companies will be given at your request.  These are companies that most Realtors have on hand to make the transaction smooth.  Their individual fees will apply.



We will include unlimited open house ads on the MLS for you when requested.

Includes all you need to successfully close on your home. You’ll get Contracts, Disclosures and hints for selling you own home.



Let our staff give your personal showing instructions to buyer agents and/or drive by traffic.  What ever you request us to say is what we tell them. (Call Owner for an appointment, Vacant: Use Lockbox on front door, Open House Saturday 12-5) This keeps you from getting harassing phones calls at unreasonable hours and from other Realtors looking for new listings.


FOR SALE SIGN (Optional)

We will place our professional For Sale Sign on your property FREE of Charge so you can avoid buyers with alternative motives and other Realtors from harassing you. 



If at any time you decide that selling your home “By Owner” is not for you.  We will credit you the amount you paid for this package toward the listing commission we earn at closing. No questions asked.
